I cut off the spikes making them square at the top and seeing that the back was cut off to make the spear better I used a power axe from a loyalist marine that I had used to make my Thunder Hammer and glued that to the back and took a Winged thingy and cut off the wings and glued those to sides to cover up the skull that was left at the base after I cut it flat...
