I was thinking that since I had so much free time on my hands until the next batch of client stuff comes in I could paint up my 500 point army of Iron Warriors here at the office...
came into day...took care of the paper work like usually...boss gets back from his vacations...
I am now layed off...
which means I still have time to paint up my Iron Warriors
haha
also a good thing I did not get that house then huh...haha

Damn. that happened to a friend of mine a few weeks ago. I don't know if Monday is better or worse than Friday for that kind of shitty news.

I am in the same boat ... from 10 years of an 80K a year super "safe" municipal government planning job to ... unemployed. I am going back for a PhD ... but hey I have loads of time to pain these days now :)
